History of SCPL   

SCPL was founded by Rev. Russ Miller, Dr. Kim Clarity and Rev.Dr. Pattie Weber in 1999. The Center was a “church in a box” for two years, meeting at a community center, library and high school, setting up chairs and a sound system every week, while patiently building a fellowship. In 2001, SCPL found a home in Cameron Park, starting with a sanctuary and small office. In 2009 SCPL is blessed with a beautiful home that includes a sanctuary, ministerial offices, classrooms, gift store, Bistro and a congregation that has grown lovingly in size and number.
